Easy Returns Within 30 Days
At Basetry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple returns process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Log into your account and initiate a return request
- Print the provided return shipping label
- Package your item securely with all original tags
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color:
- Initiate an exchange request through your account
- Select the new item you want
- We'll process the exchange once we receive your return
